About the Role

As part of the Breakfast Food & Beverage Team, you’ll be one of the friendly faces that starts our guests’ day off right. From delivering fresh, delicious breakfasts to crafting the perfect barista coffee, you’ll bring warmth, energy, and seamless service to every morning. You’ll also assist the events team with morning meetings and conferences, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Key responsibilites will include: 

• Delivering breakfast service (table service) efficiently and with a welcoming attitude.
• Make high-quality barista coffees to order.
• Assisting the events team with meetings and conferences, ensuring smooth execution.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide friendly, attentive service.
• Deiver room service to hotel guests. 
• Maintain cleanliness, quality, and safety standards in all service areas.

Skills and Experience

• Previous experience in a similar role within food and beverage, ideally in a hotel or restaurant, will be highly regarded. 
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help you connect effortlessly with guests and colleagues alike.
• A love for service and attention to detail to help create an atmosphere that's both welcoming and unforgettable. 
• Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA). 
• Ability to work a rotating roster, with early morning shifts (6am start).
